Ted Brumleve
Ted Brumleve is Director of Development
Management Services for Warnick+Company. His experience and creativity enable Warnick+Company to
effectively guide property development teams from concept through
completion. Mr. Brumleve’s expertise includes project programming, planning
and development, budget and schedule management, and construction phase
services.
Before joining Warnick+Company, Mr. Brumleve was a managing partner and the
director of business development at Brennan Beer Gorman Architects (BBG) and
Brennan Beer Gorman Monk Interiors (BBGM). He led the expansion of the
BBG-BBGM practice to become an international leader in hospitality design,
including a broad spectrum of upscale urban hotels and luxury resorts,
mixed-use developments, gaming/ entertainment master planning, conference
centers, spas, and other leisure industry projects. In addition to directing
BBG-BBGM’s new business and strategic development, Mr. Brumleve worked with
many of the firm’s clients in real estate development programming, planning
and feasibility studies for new construction, renovations, and property
conversions throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, Latin America, the
Caribbean, the Middle East, and Asia.
Mr. Brumleve is an active member in civic and professional organizations, he
frequently speaks at hospitality and leisure industry conferences, and has
authored numerous articles in hospitality and design trade publications. He
is an adjunct professor at New York University, where he teaches courses in
“Hotel Design & Development” and “Sports Facilities Market Analysis &
Development” in the Robert Preston Tisch Center for Hospitality, Tourism,
and Sports Management.
Mr. Brumleve received his Bachelor of Architecture degree at the University
of Cincinnati and is a licensed architect in several states. Prior to
joining BBG-BBGM, he served as real estate projects director for
Fenton-Western Companies in San Diego, California. |
